Scared of AI? You Should Be Paying Attention to This Instead.

ree

Today, it seems like every conversation with our Gen X and Millennial parents comes with a side of fear — especially about AI.

They're worried it will "take over," "change the kids," or "ruin everything."

But while they're busy fearing technology, they’re missing something far scarier that's happening right now — and it’s real, silent, and deadly: Heart attacks at a young age.

I’m not speaking from statistics alone.

I had my first heart attack at just 30 years old.

Yes — 30.

And it wasn’t because of AI, video games, or the internet. It was stress. Poor diet. Lack of sleep. Lifestyle habits that creep up while we chase careers, stay up all night scrolling, and forget that our bodies aren’t invincible.

AI isn’t the enemy.

In fact, it’s helping me today — helping me learn, spread awareness, and hopefully wake a few more people up before it’s too late.

So next time you hear someone say," I’m scared of AI for our kids! "remind them:

Be more scared of a generation that’s normalizing heart attacks before 40.Be more scared of ignoring your own body’s cries for help.

AI, when used right, is not here to destroy us. It’s here to inform, empower, and save lives.

And today, maybe it just helped save one more. 💔❤️‍🩹
